Today was my final tennis club baking until the 4th term later this year. It was such a pleasure to be back and surrounded by such enthusiasm and support.
My biggest thanks go to Alison who was so wonderful in the kitchen with me, pretty much reading my mind and keeping everything from going pear shaped as I struggled to get back into the routine that I had last year. And to everyone who popped in for something yummy to takeaway or stayed for a chat, thank you so much! I hope you come back in the 4th term.
I'll leave you with some pics of todays baking. Maybe it will entice those who haven't come by yet to make an effort later in the year ;)

Oh...and I was asked by overseas peeps to give a hair update. I went and had it coloured the other day (subtle blond and copper highlights) and I LOVE having hair I can style. I'm really enjoying this short cut.
Have a GREAT weekend everyone!
